- For 5 days before, stop using retinols and exfoliants.
- On the day of, no lotion or makeup (we want your skin prepped and ready to shine!) đ

Good newsâno downtime! Youâll probably feel fine to go back to work or your usual routine right after. Just keep a few things in mind:
- For 24 hours, no hot showers, sweating, or anything that could irritate the treated area.
- Sun protection is key! Use mineral sunscreen for the next 2 weeks to protect that fresh, glowing skin.
- If we treated your hands, be gentle with themâavoid friction and âhandyâ activities that could pull the pigment off too soon. You want the spots to slough off naturally (like letting a cut heal on its own, no picking!). đ
