Refund policy

Products:

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and any shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide photos to help assess.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

At Vita Beauty Bar, we are committed to providing exceptional services and ensuring our clients are satisfied with their experiences. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Services

  1. No Refunds on Services Rendered
    Once a service has been completed, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with the results, please let us know before leaving the spa, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

  2. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
    Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not fully satisfied with the service received, please contact us within 48 hours. We will assess your concern and, if appropriate, touch-up or adjustment. Photos to support concerns will help us assess the circumstances best.

  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Pre-paying for all ongoing appointments may be considered for those who have more frequently breached the 24 cancellation window.
  1. Packages and Prepaid Services
  • Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable but are transferable to other individuals or can be used for different services or product of equal purchase value.
  • Packages never expire and can be used within any time from the date of purchase.
  1. Gift Cards and Vouchers
  • Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • They may be transferred to another person or used for other services or product.
  1. Allergy or Adverse Reaction
    In the rare event of an allergy or adverse reaction, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and provide appropriate assistance, which may include a follow-up service or alternative solutions. If the circumstance is urgent, please seek medical attention or contact us through instagram/facebook messenger for assistance outside of regular business hours.
