What Happens to My Existing Points?
Already have Vita Points saved up? Don't worry, we haven't forgotten about you!
As part of our updated rewards program, existing points are converted to the new system at a rate of 5 new points for every 1 old point.
That means the points you've already earned will carry forward into our refreshed program.
How Can I Check My Points Balance?
Your Vita Points are tracked through your Vagaro client account, making it easy to keep an eye on your rewards.
You can also ask our front desk team about your balance during your next visit. We're always happy to help you understand your points and what treatments you're working toward!
