At Vita Beauty Bar, we’ve created a contrast therapy experience that blends science-backed recovery with the elevated atmosphere you’ve come to expect from us.
Inside our thoughtfully designed wellness room, you’ll find a spacious 8-person Finnish-style sauna paired with a revitalizing cold immersion tub chilled to 2–5°C. The space is open, calming, and intentionally curated to feel both restorative and refined — complete with a shower for seamless transitions between heat and cold.
This is more than a sauna and cold tub.
It’s a full-body reset.
What Is Contrast Therapy?
Contrast therapy alternates between hot and cold exposure to stimulate powerful physiological responses in the body.
When you step into the sauna, your blood vessels dilate.
When you immerse in cold water, they constrict.

The Vita Wellness Experience
We’ve designed this experience intentionally.
To maintain a calm, elevated atmosphere, we allow entry every 15 minutes and limit the wellness space to a maximum of 3 guests at one time. This ensures privacy, space to fully extend and relax, and an unhurried experience.
Your visit includes:
• A plush robe for modesty
• A fresh towel for post-shower comfort
• Spa slippers
• Filtered water to stay hydrated
This is a shared wellness space open to all genders. Swimwear (or an appropriate alternative) is required. A waffle, breathable robe is provided and suggested to be worn during transition between spaces and within sauna for guest comfort.
Everything is prepared so you can simply arrive, breathe deeply, and focus on how you feel.

Enjoy the full space together — uninterrupted, unrushed, and entirely yours.
All sessions, including private group experiences, are conveniently bookable online through our website.
How to Experience It
Many guests rotate between:
• 10–20 minutes in the sauna
• 1–3 minutes in the cold immersion
• Repeat for 2–3 rounds
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Listen to your body. Hydrate well. Start slowly if you’re new to cold exposure — tolerance builds over time.
